Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is comprised of the chairpersons of all other committees. Its purpose is to maintain a fully functioning workforce system in between full board meetings. This committee provides guidance and conducts business in the absence of a regularly scheduled board meeting, and is not intended to circumvent the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the ECIWDB. Any formal action taken by the Executive Committee will be brought forth at the next ECIWDB meeting for affirmation. The Executive Committee meets monthly via Zoom.
